А откуда эти 10% беруться? Типа, директор пилит бюджет школы? У меня жена бывший учитель, поэтому и не работает, хули по 5-6 уроков в день+ классное руководмство+тетради дома и самое главное- нынешний дурдом- учитель за все в ответе, чтобы не случилось- государство всегда встает на сторону родителей( хули, электорат), а учителя страдают. Поэтому моя жена сидит щас дома. Нахуй такую работу, да и было бы за что. Я в  день зарабатываю больше, чем она за месяц. Это и есть подмена понятий. Поверь, у меня у жены куча коллег работает по профилю. Потом, наебавшись в школе сил не хватает на это. Этим подрабатывают в основном преподы ВУЗов, так как такового и преподавания нет. А те, кто хочет, берут репетитора для себя. Такие преподы, могут настучать вторую зарплату, но это за счет того, что на первой работе не дорабатывают. Кстати, большинство ВУЗов ( я не беру элитные) готовит выпускает лишь 10 % спецов- остальные пассажиры, потом сразу идут торговать в ларек. Это тоже наши российские реалии.

А взятки?

Хороший врач со степенями и поездками зарабатывает больше 50 тыс. Но таких немного. У меня одноклассница- профессор, какой-то кафедрой городской детской больнице заведует, из загараницы не вылазит, разговаривали, так она пол Европы гос счет объездила. На таких, полагаю, мало. У жены сестра- медсестра. Та на двух работах работает и кое как 30-ку зарабатывает. В принципе, врачам царь добавил лет 5 назад и они уже не приравниваются к учителя, как было раньше. Кстати, ездили летом в деревню на Ханку. Там установили передвижной мини-госпиталь, я туда ради интереса зашел, вполне прилично выглядит, кстати мобильный. Ели че, можно перетащить еще куда-то. А 50 тыс- это 700 евро, не такие большие деньги для спеца такого уровня. Я в анголе видел наших врачей , им там платят штуку, а это африка. Щас за год госкорпорации цены поднимут и будут профессора опять с трудом сводить концы с концами. Да, эмиссия доллара остановлена( как говорит Федотовский кумир) поэтому спонсировать всякие сомнительные проекты на промежутке пару лет прекратят. И тот же Федот начнет орать, как резанный, как это было пару лет назад, когда оптимизировали Академию. 

Год оттуда не вылезал, Индия это пиздец а не страна. Такой помойки я не видел даже на Горностае....Помню в Мадрасе увидел "стену плача"  , прямо на главной улице города. Кого приспичило, тут же поднимали подол и ссали на неё, вонища стояла ужасная, озеро у стены жутко парило при +40. Мужик в брючатах и портфелем стоит и поливает, рядом баба села и гадит за компанию. А автобусы и моторикши мчатся, клаксоны гудят и всем похуй. Кто у них работает я не знаю, одни попрошайки и базар везде

Кстати, по поводу работы. Там опять же рулят касты. Сами грузчики в порту не работали. Они лениво сидели или на пароходе в тени, или на причале валялись. За них работали другие, у кого нет лицензии. И то, там право на работу продавалось по 5 раз. Целая цепочка. Около гака толкается человек 20, а реально работают человека 3. Это не считая касту, которая вообще не подходит к грузу близко. Для простого индуса щас за счастье отвалить к саудитам, или в эмираты и там зацепиться за работу. 300 бакосв в мес им хватает, чтобы самим там существовать и еще домой слать. Правда, там с ними, как у нас с таджиками не церемонятся. Чуть что не так- репатриации.
